Tuesday
Homemade Granola with Yogurt (double the granola, 1 for freezer)
PB&J Sandwiches
Sloppy Joes with Fries (double the sloppy joe, 1 for freezer)
Wednesday
Banana Bread w/Tea (make 2 loaves, 1 for freezer)
Spinach and Chicken Ziti (from the freezer, made on 10/25)
Spaghetti and meatballs with Garlic Bread sticks
Thursday
Oatmeal (from Monday)
Black bean & Tomato soup w/ steamed rice (from Monday)
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, peas and gravy (from double batch cooked on Sunday)
Friday
French Toast, bananas & tea
Ham fried rice w/BBQ wings (from the freezer 10/24)
Homemade Pizza salad and (maybe bread sticks)
Preperations
Sunday Night
~make a gallon of powdered milk (14 y.o. daughter)
~defrost two whole chicken in fridge over night
~soak black beans over night
Monday Night
~make a double batch of granola (14 y.o. daughter)
~take out 2 lbs of ground meat from the deep freezer (1lb. ground turkey & 1 lb. ground beef)
~replenish milk supply
Tuesday Night
~make a double batch of banana bread
~defrost chicken & spinach ziti in the fridge for tomorrow's lunch
~defrost 2 lbs. of ground meat in fridge
Wednesday
~defrost meatloaf
~replenish milk supply
Thursday
~defrost ham fried rice and wings for lunch
~soak french toast over night
