  1. I've been seeing online that the printable $1.50 Colgate coupon might not be legit. I just wanted to give you a heads up to read the fine print on it and look into it!

    Have a great day!

  2. I have read about those coupons possibly being fraudulent. I had a problem using one at Kroger last week. The cashier had a copy of it taped to his register.

When I handed it to him he said "This is printed!" in an accusatory tone,

I replied "Yes it is, from a printer. Are those illegal now?"

He was all flustered for some strange reason and I asked him if there was a problem. I also asked if the copy of the Colgate coupon that he had taped to his register have some sort of alert from his manager or Kroger corporate. He told me to hold on while he left to consult with his supervisor.

The supervisor said that they would take the coupon if it scanned. Note: my printed coupons have not been scanning for about 2 weeks since my toner is low.

So when it didn't scan I just chalked it up as low toner issues.

I rally do not like to be made an accomplice to illegal activity. I am really disturbed to know that some of the links to coupons that we find online can possibly be fraudulent, It really makes me understand why some cashiers treat us like thieves when we use internet coupon.

I have made changes to this post and will be making changes to the way that I include internet coupon links in the future.
